My very first Spanish language
My very first Spanish language blog shout out. Thanks, Deaklalli Docu Mental. The quick plug says libraryman.com/blog is “muy curioso”. He also mentions Male Librarian Centerfold. Yeah, that’s a fun Library blog. But it’s just not in Spanish. !Que trajadia!

Holy Christ, Mike. A bevy of comments from Spanish Library Babes. All the adulation is going straight to your head, isn’t it.

Aaron may be right. Straight to my head.
My socks actually are very supportive, barbol. The socks actually have “LIBRARIAN” knitted into them. I am totally serious about that too, no joke.
Spanish Libraries are quieter because they almost all have closed stacks, yes?
aaaaahhahahaah; , nice socks then
Closed stacks? No no! Our stacks are always open, and the library restaurant too. I think the users goes to smoke behind the OPAC and they play soccer on the reference desk.
It is so freakin’ cool to see this communtiy of Spanish language blogs. Javier, you are in a Public Library?
The first comment I googlefished:
“That, Deakialli transferring well border! But tio, those socks, that you are going to us to make pillar bad fame; -)”
And the second:
“Thank you very much by the publicity! Your blog is very, very, very likeable, at least standards to the world your sense of humor, above those socks!”
Will the on-line translators ever get it right?
Libraryman es muy fuerte vaquero! That’s about the best I can do.
>Libraryman es muy fuerte vaquero
Jjajaja, great.
Oh God, http://www.libraryman.com/libraryman.htm
We have to do that in Madrid (Spain). .. but we have no lions to ride http://www.innerexplorations.com/chrspirjpg/crbnm.jpg
No, I work in a university lybrary, in Paris, but I have worked in some public libraries in Spain.
Barbol: please, take you that photo! jajaaajajajaj
“But tio”; “pillar bad fame”: very good!
Libraryman: in NY all of librarians are as you? I go to buy a cloak and some knitted socks!
I was just in Paris, last month! Maybe next time we can get together and talk blogs. Paris was my favorite stop on the trip. Of course, Spain is on my list for the next Euro trip.
Javier, I am not in NY, but you see, Library Man can be anywhere. In fact, if you can get your library to pay a small consulting fee, he will come and give a presentation to your entire staff. I promise, he will bring his “Librarian” booty socks too. Truth be told, the person in that Library Man NYC picture is not me. In fact, non of those Library Man pictures are me. Library Man really does do appearances in Libraries. I am as serious about that as I was about the socks.
