Auckland Public Library
Ahhh, Auckland. The first library uncovered during the latest globe trotting adventures of the folks here at libraryman.com. Auckland has a great “feel” and appeared to be a very livable city. “Great teeth, a nice smell, a class act alllll the way.” The main library alone is worth the visit! btw, the guy leaning over the metal gate is not throwing up; he’s talking on his cell phone.

Also, via a link from Mr. Power, is a quote all of you Librarians and Trainers may have asked yourself at one time or another.
Oh, and the Prince concert here last night a Key Arena was slammin’! KB, did you see him in Portland?

Welcome back to blogging, MP!
Thanks, RAR! Nice to hear from you. Just missed you in Seattle by a few days. I’ll be visiting IN fairly soon though and will look you up then.
I must confess, I didn’t even know he was coming until the day he was here. Unfortunately, I was in the midst of moving that day (week!), so couldn’t even try to get a scalped ticket. Yargh, matey! Me always miss the finer things . . .

Welcome back. Are you going to be visiting Kansas anytime soon? You could do the same midwest circuit that Aaron did. He loved it, by the way.

While I would really love to see you and hang out, Saraliene, I doubt I’ll be in Kansas anytime soon. But who know, stranger things *have* happened! Thanks for stopping by though. I wish you posted more as I alwys enjoy reading what you are up to on your little bloggy blog.
