Libraryman Hearts Library Marketing
Here are some very spiffy (and free) premade library marketing tools. Why not print out a few of the posters and stick them in high traffic areas of the library? What about mailing one or two to the mayor/city manager or city council members? Hmmm…
And these guys have a library marketing smorgasboard. You can even join up and be one of “these guys” (or gals or whatever;).
And now, here is my lighthearted (pun intended) and casual attempt at marketing this happy little blog:

Made the hearts with this, then tweaked them in Photoshop.

They are candies!!! Good?
Candies!!! Are they good?
They are traditional candies that show up in stores around Valentine’s Day (in February). They are hard and sweet and made by Necco. They are called Sweethearts. http://necco.com/allstar.htm They usually say things like “I LUV U”, “BE MINE” and “KISS ME”.
Do you have them in Taiwan too?
I only know Godiva chocolates, motel rooms, and red roses are popular for Valentine’s day here, and the traffic is really really bad that day. All the lovers go for a fancy dinner at restaurants.
In Taiwan, we have similar candies which are not in heart shape tho. There’s one in round shape and you can blow it like a whistle, do you know?
