National Library of Australia and flickr
Fiona and Tony have both contributed slide and audio files to the “flickr and libraries” presentation I’ve been working on for the upcoming Internet Librarian Conference. Fiona and I met and became acquainted through flickr, libraries and the project she works on for the National Library of Australia.
The Picture Australia program is an amazingly substantive use of flickr. Their flickr and libraries story and accompanying audio files (and Lluisa’s as well) really make the presentation pop! Flickr really is an amazing tool for connecting library professionals, around the globe!
