I spent half an hour today trying to explain Flickr to a friend - I'm going to suggest she have a look - you are much more organised in your explanations than I am! I've been using Flickr for about a year and had a great time (speaking of time - the only drawback is the amount of time you tend to lose in your day after you have settled in to roaming around!)
