		<description>whew! going digital is still new here in the Philippines and besides, most public libraries depends on the use of printed materials for practical reasons, i remember when i attended a conference of public librarian in the Philippines, a speaker told about the dead books... and that books are ship in my country which serve as the largest cemetery for dead books</description>
