Walking to work is a good thing. And Kris' neighborhood is lovely too. And, and, you know what? I wouldn't be your neighbor until "next summer" when my box of air turns into a real place to live, but after that, you'd likely have to hide your guitar hero for fear that I might have opportunity enough to rockstar you under the table.
