Michael, I’m flattered to be included on your list. I’m not sure I’m worthy, but I most definitely appreciate you thinking so.
I agree with you, we need more awards within our profession there are SO many people doing great things, 50 a year really does not cut it! I’m putting my vote in for a Bustin’ Their A$$ at the Frontline Award, I work with these people everyday!

I was psyched to receive this award last year, but it does bring with it a certain amount of performance anxiety for those of us who get it super-early in our career. I find that I have landed in a place where I’m struggling to figure out how to keep doing awesome things like what got me nominated.
