As opposed to the list of 101 skills (many of which will come and go) you are focusing on the basics and that is the direction we should be focusing the conversation. What are the very key skills we need as a profession to stay relevant and be successful. I think your list is a good start.

I'm assuming this project is a call for action, so how do we develop fearlessness as librarians? How do we become better marketers? I think Library 101 should be about influencing our colleagues who may not have some of these skills and helping them to develop them.</description>
