Sure, we wish they thought all of the project was stellar, but to be honest, David and I don't even think that! :)  So they said what they really thought and made suggestions that encourage participation and thoughtful discussion. 		<description>I wholeheartedly agree Michael, especially with fear of technology. It is a mindset that one must develop. "Screw around with it until it works." I have seen the same thing that you described about people freezing up. Librarians can't be afraid of making mistakes. That is how we are going to learn. How do we go about developing that mindset in people though? How do we get rid of fear?</description>
